The description is pretty vague and not a single stat is changing after you cast them. And there is no hint in the logfiles either. At least no obvious hints. All you get is beeing feared from time to time. Oh yes, and you get a golem illusion if you dont have it deactivated in the settings. So?
It may be useful on a particular mob, I remember getting it just for the illusion, however when I checked the logs I didn't see any proc or extra damage that I could determine was associated with me getting the buff.
