Web chat system is broken. Again.

    I have found the "chat with guild" -- a service I pay for -- to be a rather unsupported system. It is currently not working because the server is not responding.

    Sony, get your act together please and fix this. It can't be that hard, just take a few days off from breaking other things.

    use google and search for EQ2GC, it's a very basic guild chat, but it does the job

    This is the second day on which I've spent more than an hour on two computers with different browsers trying to connect to the web chat, and all I get is the Fatal Error.

    EQ2players is a nice idea but the actual player information is always so out of date that it's useless anyway, so the only reason to subscribe to the service is for the web chat, which is great, when it works.

    Is it going to be fixed?
