This ability is still useless and has basically rendered Warlocks "out of progression". Summoners are beating warlocks on massive green aoe fights. Outside of a debuff and a buff that provides some mana to the group, warlocks have literally no redeeming qualities, unless they play ratonga and can use the cute card. I get it if you had to change the ability for server lag, or to fix it being overpowered for bards, etc. But you really need to change it to be something useful. Make it a temp buff that gives crit or potency or something. Or, allow it to mimic ice lash, but maybe decrease the duration on it and increase the damage per tick. Make it do something pls. Imagine you mained a warlock at the start of the server. You spent all that time doing the HQs, raiding to get geared up, and doing your Hunter's quests. And now your class is useless. This is the type of stuff that makes people quit the game.

This seems like the easiest option. Another option to make it useful is make it increase the ticks on dots - this way warlocks benefit both single target and aoe from it. Probably too much work at this point in the game for the devs, but. Something, anything please? Even acknowledgement that it's an issue would be helpful.
Yes, please. When CoD was fixed to proc less often because of server lag issues back in July, nothing was done to adjust its damage to compensate, making it VERY underwhelming and hurting the utility of the class as a whole. Could you look into it? It would go a long way in improving class balance (see the other thread in the Feedback section).
