Aftershocks seem to never trigger from Apocalypse when single target mode is activated via mythic buff. Is this intended? I certainly remember them working before. BTW, it'd be nice to revamp Aftershocks to give them more power. If it no longer functions on single target encounters, it's simply a joke (not that they were even close to something decent even back then when they were actually working).
