Did anything change on that proc or is it just broken like many other things? In earlier expansions it used to proc about 100 times per mob, depending on the length of a fight. Now it procs like once per zone in BoL. Though the spell description still states "can only trigger once every 0.3 seconds". Am I missing something?
I just pulled up a parse from a few heroics I ran with my warden on Sunday and Icewater armor is working as expected.
Thanks for the hint Mermut, I double-checked some heroic logs and Icewater armor was indeed working. Did you also have the chance to check it in raids? Because there I rarely see it in any fight. I'm curious if it's an issue in certain zones only...
I only have one run of The Blinding raid zone to check, but it looks about right on a quick pass. A bit lower than it might be, but that was mostly due to not keeping it up on 3 people the whole time.
