I tried opening up a ticket, but no computer around here can get to that page for some odd reason. I wanted to get 30 days of game time for eq2 instead of all station cash, but I accidentally picked the wrong option..I'd be happy if someone could e-mail on how to get a support ticket going from a site that doesn't give me an error message or adress my problem here. As of now station cash doesn't help since I can't get game time from it anymore...thanks!
Someone from SOE should be able to help you out as I have seen people post a mistake like this before. I don't have one...thats the whole point..it gives me a redirecting error when I try to open a ticket or do anything else on support. I tried different browsers and different computers, and still the same thing. I'd be happy to open a ticket if I wasn't getting this error...
