So I ran this zone several times for my 4 toons' CD questline and Solo Weeklies etc. and never had the issue I had this morning. Every mob I attacked had a 100% power drain after my second or so spell/CA. Or is it possible there is a disconnect in the new buff and the cost of Spells/CA's in the zone? I need it for my Fury's Sig line so would like to do it faster than Auto-attacking through it OMGZ, am I missing something I didn't before? Anyone else have this issue?
This is caused by the damage shield on all Planar solo mobs called Mortal Feast, which Fount of Power should protect against, but currently isn't. It will be fixed next hotfix. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I just tried one of these zones for the first time today - on my level 120 Wizard. Fought one thing and decided, yeah, I'll wait for the fix.
