Most of us that play on TLE servers do so to avoid the insatiable greed that defines player power on the live servers. The temporary adornments from the market crates started working on Varsoon early in KoS and we were told this issue would be addressed. With EoF looming, what is the status on getting this "out of era" power augment removed from Varsoon?

That's a great question! Maybe allocate some of the bandwidth spent on creating new pay to win schemes and the profits they generate into fixing the game.
How dare you bring up P2W features that alter actual mechanics when P2W gacha boxes are changing exactly nothing?
While the extra loot crates being addressed was a welcome step to see, we have just shy of two weeks until the release of EoF on Varsoon. I know we don't have the additional outcry that the live servers contributed to the aforementioned issue, but Temp Adorns being enabled on Varsoon continues to be an unaddressed issue.
We were told back in December this was being "looked into". Temp Adorns have no place on TLE servers.
