Vaaca the Renewed is not showing any rarity

Where did Vaaca the Renewed come from? Where is it located?

Is the lack of information in the merc coin Examine window? In the Mercenary window after you hired it? What?

The coin is not needed to hire, the info is on the merc itself under the merc window under the character screen. under the merc name.

Am I the only one who got Vaaca with 0 controbition? I got her to lvl 10 already and I get no buff at all.

It has no rarity level, so it can't have contribution or a buff.

The thread caption says fixed internally but it's still showing no rarity!

I could be wrong, but I believe "Fixed Internally" means that a fix is in place but hasn't made it to the live servers. Maybe with the next patch, or an upcoming patch.

Correct. It should be fixed with the next patch, which should hopefully be next week, but may not be until the week after.
