Zone: Shard of Hate: Utter Contempt [Heroic] After killing killing the Surrogate of Contempt, Surrogate of Rage, Surrogate of Rancor, Surrogate of Venom, or Surrogate of Wrath, they leave behind a book. Clicking on this book opens a crafting window, where you craft "Destroy Vessel", using some lv. 110-119 common materials and some Ire Dust from within the zone. You can use "Blueprint" on this combine, but I don't know if you should be able to do so.
