Are there updates regarding who is and is not open for making SIGS please? I have PM'd several artists and willcontinue to await responses but if anyone has more recent information then what is available via the list in this forum section I would appreciate it.

All updated! Looks like the only sig artists who have updated their threads recently are Anaiul (open), Quiarrah (open), and Sugarcup (open). Slim pickings these days...
