Fixed a slurry of items that were still casting effects in Battlegrounds.
Stat conversions that convert primary stats into other stats now grant a reduced amount in Battlegrounds.

Kylong Plains
Writ givers in Kylong Plains are no longer doubled.


ITEMS
Adamant Defiance, Adamant Resolve, Empyrean Lands and Undying Devotion will no longer try to constantly reapply themselves.


QUESTS
Gaewren Tarix will no longer speak to the entirety of Kylong Plains when Caleb's Quest is completed.
