    CHAOS DESCENDING
    The Elemental Planes of Order have been thrown into chaos! Thrust in the middle of a mystery of Celestial proportions, you must return to the Planes of Power to help restore balance to the Planes of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. Accomplishing this will be no small feat, and you will need to make new allies such as Maelin Starpyre, the Grand Librarian of Myrist, who resides within the Plane of Knowledge, as well as learn the fate of infamous characters from Norrath’s past by traveling to the Plane of Justice.

    Along the way, you will gain new strengths and new abilities necessary for battling the ceaseless denizens of the Elemental Planes and the puppet master behind them! Will you defeat the gods who sit upon the Elemental Thrones? The future of the Planes depends upon you in Chaos Descending, EverQuest II’s 15th expansion!

    • Face the trials of the Elemental Planes with all new adventure, tradeskill, and public quests!
    • Get ahead with new achievements, collections, and more.
    • Conquer all new Solo, Heroic and Raid challenges, including a new contested Raid Dungeon!
    • Mount Gear – Mounts can now be equipped with gear to bolster their rider’s power!
    • Mount Levels – For the first time your mounts can now level! They can level to 10.
    • Ascension Levels – Ascend 5 levels to 20.
    • Mercenary Levels – Gain another 10 levels, for a maximum of 20!
    GENERAL
    • Characters will now receive an increase to Hit Points as they level from 101 to 110.
    • Guilds on Free Trade servers will start at level 200. Guilds already created on a Free Trade server will be increased to level 200 automatically.
    Bleedthrough
    • The functionality of bleedthrough has been overhauled to align more closely with its intended purpose. The amount of damage that an encounter bleeds through wards will now bleed through all wards on the target, and inflict damage directly on the targeted pool (health/power) of the target. The amount of bleed through on previous expansion content has been reduced to be in line with this new functionality.
    • Fighters reduce the damage that bleeds through wards placed on them by 20%.
    • Fighters in Offensive Stance increase the base amount of damage that bleeds through the wards placed on them by 30%.

    USER INTERFACE
    General
    • You can now enter very large values into the Set Price popup UI.
    • You may now resize width of the target window.
    Group Reordering
    • Your group members list can now be reordered on the client. This will change the order they're drawn in the group members window, and will change which character your F2-F6 keys (or whichever keys you've bound the "target_group_member 0-5" actions to in the Options menu) will target.
    • Right-clicking on a member in your group members window will offer you three additional actions: "Move Up", "Move Down", and "Reset Group Order". "Move Up" and "Move Down" will swap with the next or previous group member. Selecting "Move Up" on the first group member will wrap to the back and vice versa for "Move Down". The "Reset Group Order" action will restore the order to what is seen by the server and other clients who have not reordered their group members.
    • When somebody joins your group, the ordering will be preserved. If a group member in the middle of your reordered list leaves, then the ordering will reset automatically and notify you about this via chat.
    Guild
    • Fixed an issue where the Guild search functionality was excluding matches that only matched on tradeskillers.
    • The Recruiting tab in the Guild window now allows you to specify separate Adventure and Tradeskill Levels. The filter options dialog in the Guilds Looking For Members window also has controls to match and will auto-populate your character's tradeskill and adventure level. All dropdowns for specifying levels have been replaced with input fields so you can just type level filters in directly.
    ZONES AND POPULATION
    General
    • Some zones, such as Myrist, will suppress your mount appearances to prevent large mounts from smothering important NPC's. This restriction will not prevent you from gaining the mount ground speed.
    Plane of Magic
    • Mournthing will no longer eat pants.
    ASCENSION CLASSES
    • Ascension experience will now be granted when completing Kunark Ascending, Planes of Prophecy or Chaos Descending quests. Ascension level up is handled automatically when completing a quest that grants Ascension experience.

    ABILITIES
    General
    • Most Potency conversion abilities have been converted into fervor buffs.
    • Most Crit Bonus conversion abilities have been converted into Crit Bonus Overcap buffs.
    • Triggered effects that have a trigger limit and a trigger limit variance will now display that variance.
    • Reduced the damage of all ascension combo strikes.
    • Balanced Synergy has been added to all class as a level 110 ability.
    • Reduced the recast time of Balanced to 30 seconds.
    • Balanced Synergy will grant increased bonuses for those that have completed the achievement Vanquishing the Chaos Descending.
    • Players will now receive an increase to Hit Points as they level from 101 to 110.
    • Updated all class damage modifiers to include pets.
    • Fount of Power will be granted to anyone that zones into Myrist.
    • Fount of Power is no longer a group spell, and will directly update the players mercenary and pets.
    Fighter
    • Gravebond will reduce the extra bleedthrough of offensive stance by 35%.
    • Level 110 Fighters have had the ability Bulwark of Order added to their spellbook.
    • Offensive stance will display the amount bleedthrough is increased while under its effects.
    Bard
    • Fortissimo will now increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Don’t Kill the Messenger will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Increased the Fervor granted by Dexterous Sonata
    • Enhance: Dexterous Sonata will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    Druid
    • Spirit of the Wolf grants stealthed movement and in combat runspeed, if the caster is over level 100.
    Enchanter
    • Increased the amount of melee damage multiplier granted by Quickening, if the caster is over level 100.
    Predator
    • Most stealth effects will grant Crit Bonus, if the caster is over level 100.
    Rogue
    • Most stealth effects will grant Crit Bonus, if the caster is over level 100.
    Shaman
    • Spirit of the Wolf grants stealthed movement and in combat runspeed, if the caster is over level 100.
    Warrior
    • Removed Disarm immunity from Unshakable Grip.
    Assassin
    • Enhance: Honed Reflexes will grant Fervor to the caster, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Concealment will grant Crit Bonus to the caster, if the caster is over level 100.
    • In Plain Sight will grant Crit Bonus to the caster, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Deadly Focus will grant Crit Bonus to the caster, if the caster is over level 100.
    Beastlords
    • Converted all power restoration abilities to a % of the casters power.
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 13%.
    Brigand
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 12%.
    Channeler
    • Channeler pets should no longer die so incredibly quickly, and should deal more damage at level 110.
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 3%.
    Coercer
    • Increased the Crit Bonus Overcap granted by Enhance: Mind's Eye.
    • Enhance: Mind's Eye will grant Crit Bonus if the caster is over level 100.
    • Mind Mastery will grant a small power ward to Manaward, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Hastened Mana will decrease the base reuse time on Manacloak, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Overflowing Mana has chance to clear the reuse on both Channel and Channeled Focus, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Enraging Demeanor will increase the Fervor and Fervor overcap of the target, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Breeze will now restore a percentage of power to the group when out of combat, and a smaller percentage while in combat, if the caster is over level 100.
    Dirge
    • Cacophany of Blades will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Harl’s Rousing Tune will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 7%.
    Fury
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 4%.
    Guardian
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 8%.
    Illusionist
    • Flash of Brilliance will grant Fervor Overcap, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Illusory Arm will grant Fervor Overcap, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Destructive Rampage will grant Fervor Overcap, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Powerful Rampage will increase the amount of Fervor Overcap granted by Destructive Rampage and grant Fervor, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Synergism will grant Fervor Overcap, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Added leveling version of Savante.
    • Savante will now restore a percentage of the casters power to the group on application.
    • Epiphany will now restore a percentage of power to the group when out of combat, and a smaller percentage while in combat, if the caster is over level 100.
    Inquisitor
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 11%.
    Monk
    • Reduced the damage of Dragonfire V by 35%.
    Mystic
    • Ancestral Avatar increases Crit Bonus of the target if the caster is over level 100.
    • Spirit of the Mammoth increases crit bonus of the group if the caster is over level 100.
    • Transcendence grants max hp percentage if the caster is over level 100.
    • Ritual Healing grants max hp percentage if the caster is over level 100.
    • Rejuvenation grants max hp percentage if the caster is over level 100.
    • Weapon Mastery grants Crit Bonus, Crit Bonus Overcap and Fervor to the casters doggo, if the caster is over level 100.
    • Spiritblade will grant Crit Bonus to Bolster and Stampede of the Herd.
    • Ferocity of Spirits will no longer incorrectly state it grants a Crit Bonus stat conversion increase , and will grant increased Crit Bonus.
    • Ferocity of Spirits will now trigger off of hostile ability casts and has an increased trigger percentage per tier.
    Ranger
    • Increased the triggered reuse on Makeshift Arrows to 4-6 seconds.
    Swashbuckler
    • Bladeweaver will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Inspired Daring will increase Crit Bonus if the caster is above level 100.
    • Inspired Daring will now increase duration as the spell tier increases.
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 4%.
    Troubador
    • Increased the base damage of profession abilities by 4%.
    Wizard
    • Fiery Blast is now a 12 second buff that grants a triggered damage proc when the caster casts any hostile ability.
    Warlock
    • Reduced the instant damage on Apocalypse by 20% and the overtime damage by 31%.
    • Reduced the damage of Cataclysm X by 41%
    • Reduced the base damage of profession abilities by 11%.

    ITEMS
    • Added a predicate system that will prevent equipping gear if the character does not own the corresponding expansion.
    • Items now show NO-TRADE flag even if they are also ATTUNED.
    • Items now show flags indicating when they are NO-SALVAGE and NO-TRANSMUTE. Previously NO-TRANSMUTE was spelled "RESILIENT"; now it is spelled "NO-TRANSMUTE".
    • Most items that grant state immunities or resistances will now only make the wearer immune to a single state.
    • State immunity adornments have been restricted to the waist slot.
    • Triggered effects that have a trigger limit and a trigger limit variance will now display that variance.
    • Battleclock Whirliblade - Item can now be changed into a house item, even if you already have a Mounted Battleclock Whirliblade.
    • Added automatically applied adornments to the starter gear found within Tishan's Lockbox in Myrist to allow content design to balance for all players having a minimum amount of adornments.
    • Increased the resolve granted by Planar Ethereal Breastplate, Planar Ethereal Pauldrons, and Crown of Hatred.
    • Mage Mastery rune will now increase pet damage.
    • All Grandmaster, Ancient, and Celestial spell scrolls have new icons with the exception of Epic spells which will continue to use their own icon.
    • All mount maintained buff icons now share a distinct icon.
    • Planar Ethereal Coin's are now Heirloom

    MERCENARIES
    • Galatia is now correctly listed as a brigand.

    COLLECTIONS
    • Added a predicate system that will prevent adding the collection piece if the character does not meet a minimum level or expansion.

    TRADESKILLS
    General
    • Refining will once again increase the potency of an item.
    • Refining will once again increase the Crit Bonus of an item.
    • Refining will now increase the Crit Bonus overcap of an item.
    • Experimentation will now increase the Crit Bonus overcap of an item.
    • Transmuting Distillations, Volume 12 is now avaliable
    • Transmuting Dilutions, Volume 12 is now avaliable
    • The Obulus Frontier Garden will now grant an option to collect Planes of Prophecy or Chaos Descending harvests when used if the owner possesses the Chaos Descending expansion.
    Provisioner
    • Reduced the skills granted by food and drink.

    QUESTS
    • Raid the Goblins! - Players that already have "Goblin Diplomacy" active or completed are now able to successfully gather the goblin documents.
    • Material Support - Quest journal now specifies Clockwork Zapper is to be used on haywire clockwork spiders near Klak'Anon.
    • Coldain Hero's Insignia Ring - Tserrina's hairbrush, brooch, picture, and love sonnet can now be gathered even if your inventory is full.
    • Coldain Hero's Insignia Ring - Love Sonnet to Tserrina is now easier to see, as it is now lying flat on the table.
    • Multitudinous Extermination - The voice of Adephala is harder to miss when approaching from the south, even if flying. And the voice of Adephala can now be heard, even if already within the hive caves, by approaching her.
    • Lore and Legend: Mephlin has been added to the world. Slay jopal, vekerchiki, or stormriders for a chance to learn more about these creatures.
    • Lore and Legend: Planar Elementals has been added to the world. Slay most elementals found within the Planes of Order and some in the Plane of Magic for a chance to learn more about these creatures.

    USER INTERFACE CONTINUED
    Group/Raid Countdown Window
    • A group or raid leader can now start a countdown that will show up on all members' screens.
    • Type the `/countdown` command to see a nice UI for choosing a countdown duration. It will ping every 5 seconds until there are 5 seconds remaining, then you'll experience a dramatic second-by-second countdown!
    • You can also specify a seconds parameter to `/countdown` to skip using the UI window.
    MOUNT TRAINING
    • Mounts may now be trained, which increases their level and allows them to equip gear that provides bonuses to their rider. To train your mount or view its equipment, you must have a mount summoned then click on "View summoned mount" icon on the mount window.
    • Mounts are trained through a time investment, similar to mercenary training.
    • Mounts may be trained up to level ten, and unlock a new equipment slot every other level. You may also unlock additional barding gear slots through in game consumables.
