    ZONES / POPULATION
    General
    Flight is now allowed in the Skyshrine Capitol and Highhold premium guildhalls.

    Time-Locked Servers
    The travel bell in Qeynos harbor no longer hates time-locked servers.

    ITEMS
    Merchants that sell items for status will now only buy those items back for half of the sell value.

    RACE TO TRAKANON
    The achievement Race: Completed 400 Collections is now Race: Completed 355 Collections.
