The overseer quest, "Caught in a Trap", is complete, yet I am unable to collect it. I can see the quest listed as complete on any character other than the one that owns and can complete it. I tried camping, restarting the game, etc, but still cannot see this quest to collect the reward on the quest owner. I think this bugged when I opened the overseer window on an alt to check timers and clicked the completed quest to see the details. I did petition this; however, CS was unable to help and recommended bugging it. Did so in game and adding the info here. Until then, none of my alts will be touching that overseer window!
Thanks, yes, I read that. That thread appears to be focused on vanishing quests, not completed quests that cannot be collected, so I started a new one.
