From eq2 logged in, I go to expansion and I have an option to to pre-order all 4 versions. The premium is what I would want to buy; however, when I click buy, it takes my to dbg store front, but shows "You are not eligible to purchase the product, please check available products below: Where it shows the other three (standard, Collector, and F&F). Below that it does show Previously purchased Content and does show the Premium Edition there,, although nothing shows up in my purchase history / credit card charges so believe that is a bug with the link between the eq2 site and the dbg storefront? (For Example if my account was flagged as having premium edition... should buying the collectors and standard be greyed out also?) Just wanting to make sure the proper 'order' is in place. As a related sidenote, really need to adjust/modify the option on contact support, as none of the limited option in the drop down really apply here, and any of them require alot of information that can not be adequately answered, since not relevant to the actual issue.
