Mission Statement: To provide a community and atmosphere for our members to experience all content from daily activities to end game raiding without the pressure and demand of a hardcore environment.

Triumvirate is a brand new guild established on December 4th 2012 on the Crushbone server. Our aforementioned mission statement is really what we are all about. We have a very passionate leadership team who are prepared to do whatever is necessary to see the goals of this guild become a reality. We strongly believe that it is important to invest in your community and value each and every member that joins it. With this in mind, we are prepared to do whatever we can to assist in the development of each individual member.

Requirements: We require only that you are looking to integrate yourself into a real community and are not just looking for a chat room to participate in gossip and small talk. We do not have a level requirement or a do we expect a minimum game time investment per week or month. It is our firm belief that level and time commitment is not an accurate means in which to measure the value of a player. Quality people come from all different environments and have diverse obligations and responsibilities outside of the virtual world in which we operate.

We strongly believe that all content should be available to all players regardless of wether they are 'hardcore' or 'casual'. We will never be a server first guild, and as such I would never presume to make such a promise to anyone. What I will promise is the opportunity to experience all content in Everquest 2, and to never impose a minimum attendance requirement to be included. There will occasionally be events that through game mechanics may prevent a player from being able to attend. With this in mind we will always make the greatest of effort to run 'backflagging' events and gearing as often as possible.

We will never stop doing content that is necessary for new members to have in order to participate in guild events. This goes back to what I had mentioned before in how we value each and every individual in our guild. If it becomes necessary to run an event in order to qualify even a single member for participation in an upcoming event, we will do it. That is just the kind of community we are trying to build here.

We are in the building stages of our community at this moment and would welcome anyone interested in joining. At this point there is tons of opportunity for leadership roles within our guild. We are seeking Event Team Leaders, Directors, and of course members to fill our ranks and help to build our team.
