Closed / Unconfirmed Triumph not updating...

    I just killed Deathpetal in the Blinding which was the last overland named I needed for the Triumph: Blindingly Killing and it did not update. The name is not green in my journal and I did not receive the reward for completing the triumph.

    I just noticed that Deathpetal is not green in the Triumph: Moon Lander either.
