I know the Devs have been slowly working through correcting and fixing bugs and previous transmuting bug reports have been about armor so I just wanted to specifically mention that transmuting any level 111-120 adepts still returns an old tier planar powder.
It's been brought up a few times. I posted about it myself. Never got an answer. Hopefully this will get some traction so they can fix it.
