Ran several heroic zones this morning and used totemic in just about every fight, not showing up on parse and not healing my group.
I use this constantly. and have not noted any issues, including last nights raid. Did you check your macro to make sure it's set to yourself? Have you tried recommitting your AA tree?
I don't know what was happening that day. I have a macro for it to myself and I also tried casting it on the tank in case I wasn't taking enough damage to trigger it and it didn't show up on any parse through about 6 zones. I did not redo AAs but it has since started working again.
