[TLE] Rush Order Writs in DoF

    Just tested it, and the 4g cap has been removed for both rush order and work order tradeskill writs. /happy dance

    just did a lvl 50 tailor rush order:
    - the subquests for the items gave me exactly the fuel cost
    - i made 1g62s for handing in the writ

    so... Fixed :)
