Tinkerer's Belt

    I just put on my tradeskill set and noticed the +10 tinkering from Tinkerer's Belt is gone. Was this a mistake or what?

    Tinkerer's belt was changed a while ago, I don't know why but I don't think it's going back to a tinker item. It makes me sad too. I log in & play every once in a while & it was just like that. I don't know if I realized the needle too, I have one of those too.
