Time Played / Last Time Played -- permission not saving (anyone else?)

Even after the 24 hours have elapsed, my settings on every toon changed, have not updated.
To be clear: toons who started at "Visible to everyone" and were changed to "Visible to Guild Members Only" (and got the confirmation message of setting being saved) remain visible to everyone >24 hours later. Toons which were guild only (at re-launch) and set to everyone ... are still guild only, >24 hours later.
Anyone else having this issue? And did anyone else have it, and resolve it (and if so, how *g*)?
