The Quest Time for a Garden Party in the Silent City is not cooperating. The Channel Cleansers are not dropping the needed runes for the next step. They've dropped three small chests and one ornate one in the five hours I've camped them, but the contents were normal loot, not runes. Has the quest changed?
FYI - I have returned to this zone multiple times... killed dozens of Channel Cleaners... lotted many small chests with crafting recipes and two ornate chest with zone appropriate armor... but, I have not seen one of the three needed runes to continue this quest. Would it be possible to get a GM to check and see if it may have accidentally been "fixed" during one of the zone updates?
Sigh... Cancel my last request. I reset the quest, restarted it and immediately received two runes and the Channel Cleansers now have features showing.
