    It's a ONE-TIME reward the very first time you do Gardy's quests (Gifty Storehouse, et al).

    It would be awesome if we could get this item added the vendor buyables in 2023. Even if it has to be unlocked first by doing the Gifty Storehouse quests once again for most of us.

    As much as I don't care for Frostfell stuff in general, I do agree it would be nice for the availability to open up. As it stands, you have to give the reward to your main after running the quest with burner alts in order to get more.

    I agree. You should be able to buy it off of Giggawat for a reasonable price after completing the quest.
