Even at 1% drop rate not seeing one after 260 is pretty grim.

As a developer you rely on validated information about the game from its playerbase in order to improve it.
Only a fraction of people can provide excellent feedback, depending if they bother to post at all and/or actually have a halfway clue what they are talking about.

This has nothing to do with having a different opinion, it is all about providing genuine information - in the worst case you listen to that certain supervocal guy with no clue and made up numbers and you might guide a part of your game in a wrong direction. Honesty is the key to prevent that.

Regarding personal information: it was specifically and actively asked from that certain person to provide information about how many runs were made, data was provided, that`s it.

And about his reputation: I left Valor 4 years ago, had barely any contact to anyone over there and still I know this. I doubt you need any more proof.
