I am noticing that a few of the links in this stickied thread no longer work does anyone have newer links to things like Jazzabelle's layout tutorials and Mistal's guide and the archived forums please .

Seems I can't edit the actual link Afista has on the intro post, but basically, the way to fix the links is every place in the link that has a SONY reference (station.sony), replace that in the link with daybreakgames when you try to use it (and you get a "what the heck are you doing, fool? That server no longer exists!" type message) and it should work. For instance: https://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/index.php?threads/mistals-notepad-or-wordpad-editing.6554/ change the station.sony bit to daybreakgames so it looks like this: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq2/index.php?threads/mistals-notepad-or-wordpad-editing.6554/ Uwk off to test that theory...yep! That worked!

Rofl, sorry Uwk. I didn't even read the other posts...just the OP's. They should have updated those links when they changed everything to DBG...though I suppose that would have been a ton of work. I guess it's not as simple as saying "ok, we have a new url for all these forum links...I'll wave my magic wand and 'poof', all the links in the forums will be updated." I'm thinking, since Afista doesn't seem to be around anymore, maybe we need a new sticky thread with all the updated links. I'm afraid they won't sticky the new thread though, so would be nice if the initial post could simply be updated. Edit: Hmm, I have an idea. Let me see if it will work. Might take a while, though.
So the OP's post now has several broken links, mainly DBG updated forum thread links. I have posted a ticket on the tracker site requesting that this sticky thread be updated with the new url's. Truthfully, there were only a few links that needed fixing...the DBG ones, and removing the site that no longer exists. Then I just added some sites that should be included in that list for the useful information they provide.
