Hi Pijotre -- In case you didn't realize, guides are non-employee volunteers who also have to work IRL. They are awesome people who devote a lot of their personal time to the program, but they are limited by their own availability and hours. If you are interested in having more guide quests available to European/non-US-based players in the future, I'd highly recommend looking into the Guide program and encouraging friends and fellow players to do so...it would be awesome to have more folks representing various time zones.
