Not sure what was done during the Maintenance Update on Sunday, But the Blinding has become unbearable. Spells and attacks have become lagged so bad, I used a potion to get to Wracklands, Stood there with nothing happening, Ran down the Ramp and get halfway to the Wracklands when the Potion engaged and then it crashed me to Character Select. Bringing this to your attention.
