Thank you Customer Service!

    My apologies and thanks to the great customer service group at Daybreak, who once again went above and beyond to help me figure out where things went wrong:) I had emptied my house vault into what I thought was my house to make space for more stuff from my bank and after a trip to the guild hall I came back to an empty house. After a petition and several back and forth notes between customer service and me the mystery has finally been solved!

    I got this note today:

    Greetings Misscloudrat!
    I've researched this fairly thoroughly and from what I can tell, all the missing items were removed from your House Vault and placed in Missplaced's Estate. Not yours.

    As you can see, I am an idiot and somehow emptied my house vault into the wrong rat's house. Mea Culpa Mea Culpa I hope Customer Service can forgive me and accept my apology for wasting their time and my thanks for finding my stuff!

    Glad you got your stuff back :) Yep, CS has always been super helpful when I've had issues.
