Corrected a bug that prevented many characters from gaining the PoP Rune: Planar Ascension account flag when crafting Rune: Planar Ascension. Characters who previously crafted the Rune: Planar Ascension may obtain the account flag by removing the adornment from any item it is socketed on, re-socketing it.
