First part of ''Wounds of the heart'' requires you pray to Tunare at Tunares alter. I pray ( hands to he sky) however there is no update.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

I did it as a citizen of Neriak.

Just making sure you are at the Tunare's altar in Kelethin? The acorn on the left at the top of the lift closest to the druid rings?

Also, sometimes logging out and in if an object like that isn't responding helps un-bug if you are bugged.

Thanks for replies. Yes its' the correct alter and have tried the above and no luck.

Double check and make sure your quest journal is at the right step?

If you are at the correct part of the quest and it is still not updating you /petition as you could be bugged.
