When playing in windowed mode to target a NPC with my mouse I have to have my mouse to the far right of said NPC to interact, however it is fine in fullscreen. I prefer to play in windowed mode. Anyone else have this issue ?
No. That said, I hardly ever use my mouse to target. You can use tab key to target or more accurately F8 to target closest. Tab targeting can be a bad habit to get into if you have a cluster of mobs and there's one in there you don't want to target right away.
