Tap Veins

    Tap Veins does not work, the AOE Damage Applies but not the self heal. same with necro's heal and monks mend. Probably more classes too.

    I can also confirm that Tap Veins heal component didn't work for me all yesterday in any of the new zones while I was completing the sig line etc.

    Tap veins has been this way for 14 years. This is a huge nerf to the class. I will seriously quit the game sk is my favorite class. Go ahead so good bye to me, they coming for your class next.
