Anyone know what the random one-shots in T2 zones is? In Doomfire for instance the tank can take some random 400-600mill burn damage. I can't figure out what it is and why it happens. Anyone got a clue?

Tank using bulwark properly &/or have proper resolve/hp/mitigation?

    bulwark most likely.

Tanks cant sleep while tanking like we been used to for a decade by now and its a horrible mechanic.

Bulwark protects everybody EXCEPT the tank... the tank needs to toss something to protect him/herself after using Bulwark to protect the group

Our tank says Bulwark is a bit glitchy sometimes. He uses it but it wont take effect. Also on these occations when he is one-shot that damage (on ACT it says burn for Doomfire bosses. Can be other damage type in another zone) goes through everything. At least according to him he have temps up and even death saves from healer.

And yes we all have enough resolve and the guardians mitigation is over 42k and resists over 620k.

bulwark is glitchy, team mates definitely get hit when its up at times....

Having said that, burn damage does not come from you getting his with the damage from Chaotic barrage. That damage is literally called Chaotic Barrage II. Mitigation also doesnt help with reducing that damage.. only higher resists will do that.

DR helps. see if you can get your healers to cycle it/ spec into things that raise it. If you have temps with DR, use them.

That's from the named going into super-Saiyan mode while the adds are up because of that stacking buff they get. Adds have to die super fast on that fight or you will run out of death prevents. Tanks/healers cycle DPs and DPS blow up adds ASAP.

I wish the adds came more steadily instead of in large groups that instantly invoke 100% bleedthrough. To have a normal, not even a fail condition, that instantly negates the primary heal of one of the types of healers really puts that type of healer at a disadvantage compared to all other healers.

Some named like Lesha Needleleaf in Council's Stronghold also seem to spawn adds in an area of bad pathing or something. The named gets the buff as soon as the adds spawn, but the adds are invisible for some reason, perhaps under the floor? You can see from the counter on the named that the adds are up - but you can't do anything if you can't target/cast on them.
