Steampunk Day Parade

    The Gnomes have been busy preparing for their annual Steampunk Day Parade. Check out the parade while it's rolling through the streets of Freeport! Take a ride on The Fiddlesworths Steampunk Caravan, the Cogcycle built by Cogturner and the Velocidrome as built by Whatzit. Bring the kids, light some fireworks and enjoy!

    When in doubt, Google:

    Charabanc = an early form of bus, used typically for pleasure trips. (VW micro-bus?)

    Wiki says it was horse-drawn back in the day, very popular in England. The images are hysterical. :D

    Some look like half a water tank, on wheels, with seats and a driver... ;->

    I guess the originals were like roofless stagecoaches with a lot more seats all facing one way?

    I know! They're the original stretch limos! :D Most without a top, though... ;->

    (sorry, I usually Edit a lot without warning... :-/)

    Got a chance to go visit and vote. Love! Very cute vehicles!!! I might need to revisit (did take lots of screenies tho) when I have to make the Monsters car. My bestie loves the Monsters tv show and loves victorian homes. I thought Monsters looks like a victorian so will be trying to recreate a pretty version of the Monsters house (UGH they remodeled like 20 times after I decided to do this I found out).
