Find a area where a food attendant, water attendant and an artifact attendant are somewhat close together, then speak to the food then water to make the update show for the artifact one So I've followed these instruction on 3 other characters but its currently not working as intended. the pop for the artifact attendant isnt happening. it took me about 2 min on my other characters on my Troub its going on over an hour and it's blocking my progression
ok I figured it out I lost the illusion when I couldn't fly and had to delete the quest and get the illusion again. sorry all
