Spellcast beyond 200% -> 300%

    Hello,
    if i´m around 200-220 % it feels quit fast the way my toon casts.... but in a supported group i went up to beyond 300% (sometimes) which then feels quit slow, even slower then 200%.
    Did it slow down? Does anyone have the same issue?
