mage always. also you are lvl 20, so there is no real rotation. soulrot should always be something you cast between every other spell... lifetap every time it is up, bloodcoil in there somewhere but odds are anything you go after will be dead before you need that. get the pet to expert lvl - pet is your highest priority when you are lvling.
