Apparently whatever patching was done this am made soulburn completely ineffective. You can cast it for no damage. Let's give the mobs in the PQs less hps, but let's take away damage spells to compensate. Am I missing something here?
Since yesterday I can cast Soulburn but the pet's life does not go down and the damage is totally ridiculous, even for the standard of the PQs.
Well, that's a moot point when the damage is now zero. You can cast it, but it does no damage whatsoever and the pet's health remains the same. Looked at ACT and casting Soulburn = ZERO DAMAGE. What's even more sad is that, once again, you don't see anyone from DBG even acknowledging there's an issue. I'm not looking for super powers here on my conjy, but having a spell do nothing is less than ridiculous. You want to dial damage back if something is op'd, I'm okay with that. But don't tell me when a spell does zero damage, that it's working as intended.
Today, checking Soulburn again on KP (PQ). Soulburn still does a silly amount of damage, perhaps because the life of the pet does not lower of 100%.
That's odd. It was showing zero damage yesterday when I was tracking with ACT. I'll look at it again when I log back in and run a PQ.

Kylong Plains 3. February 25, 2017. I do not know how to export ACT data here but if someone thinks it's correct that solburn hits 58,000 points while Unda for example hits 2,200,000 points then I'm missing something.
