So RNG requires skills...

The devs are of the view that RNG in harvesting apparently is skill based and therefore an accomplishment after spending countless hours harvesting to get crystals needed for raid progression.

I get it, you have thin content again (lacking quality - which was the focus this time around in raids as per dreamweaver and gninja) and also quantity this time around and you want players to slow down in progression.

I am all up for that but to say that RNG is an accomplishment? Is that the best solution you could come up with.

They are countless ways to incentivize players in to menial grind on a day to day basis and RNG is just not that.

Put a merchant up, put 1000000 currency requirement for a pouch of 10 crystals and then leave it to players on how quickly they can grind. This opens up the element of you know fun where mmo's need to be. It will give us the incentive to log on and engage in activities, PQs are not just about another RNG, we are adding to our currency. Solo's although mindnumbingly boring, become another area of getting the required currency. You are building towards something. You have completely derailed that on all fronts.

The only thing this has opened up is more frustration and a markup on Krono sales as people wanting to buy them on broker for those who are favored by RNG or have other ways of getting them.

Please Please don't kid us by saying this is intended for fun...its not pure and simple.
