   I've sen smoke and fog effectrs in a few dungeons now. How is that made? There doesn't seem to be anything in the toolbox related to that.

   It's an item you can get during Nights of the Dead (which starts in about 6 hours.. )

   Nights of the Dead event- Blankets of Fog.
   For smoke I often take a flaming brazier, size it all the way up, then sink it into the floor.
