I'm posting this here because MAYBE the quest has been fixed since discovery. Someone alerted us that he had tried for several weeks, every Tuesday, to get Skrit's quest with the tinkered snare. None of us can get that grimmling runner to lay down properly so we can take his backpack, and possibly, the recipe for the Rallic Pack. So my Main went out there to check. Yes, the "Grim Runner" makes his regular rounds. No, Skrit won't give the usual Tuesday quest, not even for fun. I can't wait any more Tuesdays. I've got one more alt who needs that Rallic Pack. He's working toward the eligibility. His bags are stuffed. Does this concern anyone enough to respond or to look into the problem? Is it time to write out a bug report?
I was finally able to get Skrit's Tueday quest, on a Tuesday several weeks ago. I don't have another toon that needs it at the moment.
