Should not be able to transmute

    I disagree. They aren't out of line for the regular loot, which was the excuse for merc gear not being transmutable last year.

    Some is not able to be muted like before, and some is, so I would prefer to have a consistent thing lol

    These are all better than the other gear coming from the same place, and a lot of the merc gear coming from the same place is NOT able to be transmuted like usual. If they decided to change that, that's cool, but it should be consistent across the board.
