The wiki has a list of server merges. There is also a Server category page. Drilling into any server name usually has the date the server was created and some info about the type of server.

I'm not sure what you're looking for here, exactly, but maybe that info will help.

I started making this list in 2004 and probably missed a thing or two here and there.

If you don't mind a Japanese server, Veksar was started together with Sebilis.
Veksar was merged with Sebilis at the end of June 2006 according to the log.

The log started in June-2005, so I did a quick check and found that the launch was June-16-2005, so I think May is the beta.

Damn, this game started shedding servers as early as 2006. Talk about the long, slow crawl of entropy. This game doesn't hemorrhage players, it slowly bleeds itself to death. That's probably why it's so easy for some people to deny the state of things, as it's happened so slowly over time that it's easy to ignore.
