    It is content for level 100, I didn't actually test if anyone under level 100 could get quests, There will be new agnostic dungeons that you can level to 95 in. I think to actually quest, you will have to be level 100.

    Back in the day, they used to show the actual population for each of the servers in EQ. Then, in the fall of 2001, they decided that they were no longer going to provide that information. I'll leave it to the curious reader to figure out what happened around that time that likely prompted that decision on their part.
