What options are there for someone to see stealth. I know of only the 15min totems, but using one every 15 min is a pain and gets expensive.
There are also the tinkered goggles, Gnomish Anti Camo Goggles (usable at level 23) and an upgrade with Sneakoscopic Goggles (level 65). You do have to have them equipped for them to work though.
