"Runtime Error" when trying to uninstall

    When trying to uninstall the game I am met with the following:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

    Runtime Error!

    Program:
    C:\Users\name_\AppData\Local\Temp\Uninstaller-13692.exe

    This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
    Please contact the applications support team for more information.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------

    I remember this happening to me the last time I checked up on the game, but don't remmeber how I fixed it.

    Any ideas?

    Nobody will remember it except you. Try the following: run vcredist_x86.exe in client, select repair. If it doesn't help, to launch revo free portable (https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-uninstaller-free/), and after an error, simply delete all folders related to game in program window. Be extremely careful when deleting unneeded registry entries (if you consider it need to delete them, although this isn't need. Registry isn't afraid of clogging, he only needs defragmentation) - delete only marked in bold

    What I did was I opened every file location that contained either Everquest or Daybreak or Sony and deleted everything. Then I went back and deleted their shortcuts. I have a Lenovo so when I opened up my start menu to see if it had uninstalled it, there was no more Everquest shortcut or icon popping up.

    I was able to uninstall, From Launcher, go to Advanced Tools, you will see 'Uninstall'. That finally worked for me.
