Runnyeye Fabled (Solo) Armor transmute (bug?)

    Jewelry and weapons transmute and give Celestial Mats.
    Armor is giving Planar Mats
    No idea on cloaks but belts are giving Celestial Mats.
    Assume this is a bug and not by design.
