We will put a virtual image of you at work. That way it looks like you are at work and if need be you can do some work while we are travelling from our super uber nerdy geeky equipment. I am sure that we can get one of those 3-D projected images, they have one of Freddie Mercury and can do an entire Queen concert with Freddie present and performing.
Good the virtual image of me can talk to all our customers, that way I don't have to deal with it. Just program it to say NO YOUR PARTS ARE NOT READY. That will be it unless you want to add have a nice day.
O and I almost forgot, it will have to argue with my other half to get the jobs done that everyone is screaming for first.
yea in a casino in Las Vegas but there is a replica in the museum and some other artifacts that belonged to the pair.
Ah, but remember, we have time technology...you can go on the Tour and come back home a minute after you left ("The hyperdrive is acting up, that engineer's delight/If they don't fix it we'll fly now/And then come back last night..."), all refreshed and jazzed and inspired to dive right back in with whatever needs doing. Count me in! Not missing Moon Day at the Cape for anything! (Though ironically, I will be attending a local event in my area in RL in the afternoon... ;->) Uwk
I would rather the virtual me dealt with everything LOL I am getting just a bit overwhelmed and cranky. We've had a down machine for over a week now, and we're waiting on parts which should have came in last week but didn't. Our normal UPS driver retired so we're dealing with all these fill in people. Yesterday we got a package and we're like Woo Hoo finally, I open it only to find out it's for the shop next door and not us. I cringe everytime the phone rings, because it's someone asking did the parts come in? Did you get the machine fixed? I guess I'm feeling just a bit stressed. We lost a job yesterday because they couldn't wait any longer. SIGH Yea the virtual me can deal with this I want to come back when everything is fixed and back to normal.
A postal clerk some years ago mispronounced my name, I politely replied how I pronounce my name, and he said, "Oh, so this package isn't yours ?". Yes its mine, but you mispronounced my name, left letters out of it. He wasn't even close. I did get my package. Apparently from the rolled eyes by the other clerks, he did this all of the time.
You made me think of an old BBC sitcom Keeping Up Appearances. The main character's name is Hyacinth Bucket. But she insists that it is pronounced Bouquet.
